SURVIVAL RULES

  • The rules only apply to the SURVIVAL server.
  • Compliance with these rules is a mandatory server requirement and circumvention is prohibited.
  • Any rule-breaker may be penalised at the objective discretion of the administration.
  • Any penalty can be appealed if the player has irrefutable evidence that the penalty was not justified.
  • The administration reserves the right to change the server rules without prior notice.
  • Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from the penalty.

       - This symbol indicates the last change made to the rules.

1. GENERAL RULES

  1. Deliberate interference with members of the administration is prohibited.
  2. The use of nicknames that contravene the server rules is prohibited.
  3. It is forbidden to create any kind of advertisement that is not related to the Side Realms project.
  4. It is forbidden to slander or defame the server or any person.
  5. It is forbidden to disseminate any kind of false or misleading information.
  6. It is forbidden to adversely affect the performance of the server.
  7. It is forbidden to disseminate any private personal data.
  8. Comply with all ethical standards, such as:
    1. It is forbidden to encourage suicide.
    2. Threats of any kind are prohibited.
    3. It is forbidden to disseminate any kind of ideology.
    4. The distribution of any kind of inappropriate material is prohibited.
    5. Racism/family bullying etc.
    6. Disseminate ideas, slogans, audio/visual material and/or symbols of Stalinism, Leninism, Hitlerism or other ideologies of the occupying regime.
  10. Cross teaming is prohibited in the events.
  11. The server only allows conversations in Latvian and English.

2. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO INTERFERE WITH PLAYERS

  1. This includes:
    1. Occupy land too close to other areas.
    2. Spam of any kind.
    3. Showing disrespect.
    4. Use of uncensored vocabulary.
    5. Trapping other players.
    6. Encouraging other players to break the rules.
    7. "Bugging" into other people's bases and properties.

3. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SITE OWNER

  1. The owner of a territory is responsible for the consequences of adding a member to the territory (even if done by a PLAYER with access to do so).

4. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DAMAGE UNCONQUERED LAND AND SPAWNA PROPERTIES

  1. Prohibited in:
    1. Spawn withers to damage the map.
    2. Deliberately blowing up creepers/tnt.
    3. Damage to the surroundings.
    4. Build a "cobble monster".
  3. The following are allowed on these lands:
    1. Dig for resources.

5. PROHIBIT THE CREATION OF UNWINNABLE GAMES OF CHANCE.

  1. Gambling must have a built-in automatic mechanism that allows the player to win in random order.
  2. You need to be able to explain how the gamble works.

6. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SELL IN-GAME ITEMS FOR REAL LIFE MONEY

7. FRAUD OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED

8. EXPLOITING SERVER LOOPHOLES IS PROHIBITED

  1. Exception (authorised for use):
    1. Rail dupe.
    2. Carpet dupe.
    3. TNT dupe.
    4. STRING dupe.

9. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO PLAY WITH MORE THAN TWO MINECRAFT PROFILES

10. THE USE OF ANCILLARY SOFTWARE IS PROHIBITED

Permitted uses:

  • Fabric
  • Fabric API
  • Forge
  • Badlion
  • Lunar client
  • Feather client
  • Optifine
  • Optifabric
  • Sodium
  • Nvidium
  • Litematica (Prohibited to use the easyplace function)
  • Any minimap/world map mods (without spawner/cave finder)
  • Autoclicker (Prohibited for pvp)
  • Durability Viewer
  • MiniHUD
  • Tweakeroo (The freecam function and functions blocked by the server itself are prohibited)
  • Fullbright
  • Zoom
  • Replay mod
  • Auto reconnect
  1. If you are using a module/client that is not on this list, please contact the administration.
  2. The use of modified ancillary software referred to in this paragraph (10) is prohibited.

11. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CIRCUMVENT SERVER DENIALS

  1. For example:
    1. Join a server if a profile already has (ban).
    2. Any way around the chat ban (mute).
    3. Bypass server censorship in any way.
    4. Bypass the server's anti-spam system.

12. LODGING A COMPLAINT

  1. All Survival-related complaints must be submitted to a member of the administration in the Discord.
  2. To be considered valid, the complaint must be accompanied by evidence showing the offender at the time of the offence.
  3. Evidence must be full screen (not cropped) and cannot be edited in any way.

IMPORTANT:

  • The administration reserves the right to penalise behaviour not described in the rules.
  • The Administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time without notice.
  • It is the player's responsibility to know these rules.
  • Unfamiliarity with the provisions does not exempt from liability.
