FACTIONS RULES
- Rules apply only to the Factions server.
- Compliance with these rules is a mandatory server requirement, and bypassing them is prohibited.
- Any rule violator may be punished at the administration's objective discretion.
- Any punishment can be appealed if the player has irrefutable evidence proving the punishment's invalidity.
- The administration reserves the right to change the server rules without prior notice.
- Punishments can also be issued for actions not mentioned in the rules, provided they are logical and independently evaluated by a legitimate member of the administration.
- Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from punishment.
- USING THE GAME CHAT
- Use the chat for its intended purpose – meaningful communication.
- It is forbidden to intentionally bypass the server's censorship.
- We do not support trading for IRL money in the game's public chat.
- It is forbidden to unjustifiably use the /helpop and /report commands, thereby disturbing the administration's work.
- The administration does not recommend using inappropriate language in the chat, including homophobia, racism, suicidal encouragement, or threats.
- Item names containing inappropriate language are prohibited.
- It is forbidden to encourage rule violations.
- PLAYER DATA PRIVACY AND ITS TERMS
- The player holds personal responsibility for any data, images, or other information they publish.
- The administration does not take responsibility for storing data if the source of the data/images, etc., is a link that we cannot delete.
- The administration will remove materials containing personal data upon request.
- The administration will penalize a player if the published data/images, etc., are used to mock an individual or a group.
- The administration does not recommend or encourage the republishing of personal data/photos, etc.
- The player holds personal responsibility for any data, images, or other information they publish.
- MODIFICATIONS
- Any modifications that provide an unfair advantage over other players are prohibited, such as:
- Programs that give an unfair advantage over other players.
- Programs that perform automated actions.
- Programs that spoof or modify the registry or memory fields.
- Anything exceeding the 28 CPS limit is considered an unfair advantage over others.
- It is forbidden to rebind the "attack/destroy" function to any button other than the default (left mouse button) to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
- Clicking techniques such as "Drag Clicking" and "Butterfly Clicking" are not allowed.
- Double/Triple Click mice are also considered an unfair advantage over others.
- "Clickers" or programs that simulate mouse clicks may be present on a computer. However, if it is determined during a "ShareScreen" session that the software was used while on the server, you will receive a ban for unfair advantage, regardless of whether you used it inside or outside the "Minecraft" application.
- Printer/Easyplace and similar functions are allowed for farm & base development.
- Any modifications that provide an unfair advantage over other players are prohibited, such as:
- INFLUENCING THE COMPETITION
- Any form of faction merging and agreements between factions is prohibited.
- PvP allying within the Warzone territory, including Outpost, KoTH, etc., is prohibited.
- Providing any support to a faction during a raid is not allowed.
- Giving value to another faction that can be counted towards “FTOP” is forbidden.
- Any form of faction merging and agreements between factions is prohibited.
Penalty: Both the faction that received the value and the one that gave it will be deleted and disqualified from the competition.
- USE OF ALT PROFILES
- Using an ALT account to bypass an active ban is prohibited.
- Keeping accounts in faction territory that are not faction/roster members is not allowed.
- ALT accounts cannot be used to gain an advantage in draws or competitions.
- Each individual may have only one account (technical solutions such as VPNs, proxies, etc., are prohibited).
- All other profiles must be registered under the faction using the
/f alts
system.

- Using an ALT account to bypass an active ban is prohibited.
- SERVER EXPLOITS / UNAUTHORIZED ACTIONS
- Intentionally affecting server performance is prohibited.
- Exploiting server flaws is punishable by disqualification from the FTOP competition, confiscation of items, or a ban.
- Exploiting game mechanics—bypassing game limitations or intentionally misusing them for any advantage—is forbidden.
- Any discovered game exploit must be reported to the administration immediately.
- FACTION RULES
- Each faction is allowed a maximum of one “corner” in the virtual game map. Attempting to hold corners using other accounts or IP addresses is not allowed.
Penalty: The faction will be required to remove its claims from all but one “corner.” If the faction refuses, an admin will enforce it. - “Bitch Claims” will only be removed during the grace period. Once the grace period ends, this rule no longer applies.
Penalty: The responsible admin will determine the punishment based on the situation. - Creating "alt" or extra factions to break or bypass any faction rules is prohibited.
- Faction land around spawn (along the warzone line) must not exceed 4x4 chunks (maximum 4 chunks touching the line).
- A faction may have a maximum of two separate claims around the spawn line (each max 2x2 chunks).
- Destroying spawners to bypass their mining fee is not allowed.
- Allying with another faction to gain an unfair advantage over another faction is prohibited.
- This includes teaming in battles (darkzone, koth, outposts, etc.).
- Wall Repair Limitations.
- Repairing faction walls directly in line with the base during an active raid using "printer," "easyplace," or other modifications that allow for faster or more precise block placement is prohibited.
- Spawners cannot be protected in this manner!
- Attempting to protect or mine spawners to prevent other factions from obtaining them is forbidden.
- No blocks, lava, water, etc., may be placed within a 3-block radius of a spawner.
- Another spawner may be placed next to a spawner.
- This rule also applies to moving spawners to another part of the base, Y-level, or entirely different location.
- Allowed Layout: Wall | Air | Air | Air | Spawner
- Penalty: The faction receives an FStrike. The player responsible receives a 3-day server ban. Protected spawners will be confiscated and given to the attacking faction if they were directly in line with the attacker’s cannon barrel or if the attackers had a realistic chance of acquiring them. Attackers will only receive spawners if they have breached and destroyed the base's primary enclosing wall (the first wall behind the buffer). FTOP value removal during an active attack is prohibited and will result in value confiscation, with the attacking faction receiving compensation regardless of whether the base was breached.
- Covering for a banned player is prohibited.
- If a player is banned and their alt account is invited to a faction, it is considered ban evasion, regardless of whether the inviter knew about the ban.

- Faction betrayal is strictly forbidden.
- "Insiding" (betraying) a faction is not allowed. Once a faction member places items contributing to FTOP value inside faction land, they belong to the faction.
- When leaving a faction, no items may be taken along. The faction must be left with an empty inventory.
- !!! Lost items can only be recovered by top 10 factions or factions that were in the top 10 before the rule violation.
Penalty: If the faction leader provides valid evidence, the violating player will receive a 14-day server ban.
- Faction members responsibility:
- Players who join a faction are responsible for their own items.
- All items placed within faction land belong to the faction. Removing or taking these items counts as insiding and is punishable.
- Each faction is allowed a maximum of one “corner” in the virtual game map. Attempting to hold corners using other accounts or IP addresses is not allowed.
- BASE RULES
- A faction's buffer (claimed land around its base) must not exceed 15 chunks.
- No faction may claim more than 15 chunks of buffer space beyond the first inner base wall.
- This rule applies to all defensive structures, including those built in Wilderness (e.g., “genning” or printing defenses).
- "Wild Patching" (placing defenses outside the faction claim) is also prohibited.
- If faction “B” wants to build next to faction “A”, there must be at least 40 chunks of unclaimed land between them.
- Buffer Walls:
- Must extend from bedrock to build height.
- Must be covered with WATER.
- The outermost buffer wall must always be covered with WATER.
- Redstone Usage:
- Redstone is not allowed within faction land.
- Placing redstone on walls and creating redstone sand wall detection systems is forbidden.
- AFK Rules:
- AFKing on walls is not allowed.
- Leaving the game minimized while standing near faction walls is prohibited.
- Base Protection Elements:
- Detection systems that provide warnings of an attack are not allowed. Manual wall checks are permitted.
- FTOP value must be stored inside the main faction base claim (not in walls or defensive structures).
- At the end of the grace period, factions must have a shield region established.
- Main Base Size: Max 6x6 chunks.
- Illegal Base Elements:
- Barrel blocks are prohibited in base construction.
- Finster Walls or Anti-Nuke Walls are forbidden.
- Ocean bases are allowed
- Allowed Defenses:
- Regen Walls are allowed, but only up to 3 chunks from the total buffer length
- A faction's buffer (claimed land around its base) must not exceed 15 chunks.
- Illegal Regen Walls:
- 45°/Staircase Regens
- Diagonal Regens
- Regen Filters
- Regen Chests
- Pilters (e.g., Hotdogs or similar designs)
- RAID RULES
- Factions are prohibited from claiming more than 2 attack territories near another base.
- Cannons can occupy a maximum area of 13x13 and have a maximum of 16 walls (excluding the cannon box wall). All walls and structures must be within the raid claim.
- Only one cannon is allowed per raid claim.
- After claiming a new attack territory, the first shot can only be fired after 5 minutes.
- If a faction plans to claim a third, fourth, etc., attack territory, all previous attack territories must be unclaimed so that the faction only has two active attack territories at any time.
- Defense counterclaiming (claiming land to prevent attacks) larger than 5x5 chunks is forbidden.
- A defense counterclaim is defined as a territory claimed to build a cannon for countering an enemy faction's cannon.
- A defense counterclaim cannot be placed between the raid claim and the base.
- A defense counterclaim cannot have more than 16 walls on each side.
- Side Counter Cannons from the border side are allowed, if the raid cannon is farther from the border than [base length + buffer max length].
- Only one faction can attack another faction at a time.
- Using multiple cannons to attack the same faction simultaneously is prohibited.
- If faction “A” is being attacked by faction “B”, faction “C” cannot be near faction “A’s” base or start an attack from the same or opposite side.
- If faction “B” stops attacking faction “A”, then faction “C” must wait 15 minutes before starting an attack from the time of the last shot by faction “B”.
- If faction “B” reaches faction “A’s” base, then faction “C” can enter faction “A’s” base only after 15 minutes.
- Once faction "B’s" Raid-Timer ends, faction “C” can immediately start raiding, and faction “A” can no longer participate in the raid.
- Bypassing the Raid-Timer system is strictly forbidden.
- Keeping a faction in a continuous Raid state without destroying at least one wall is prohibited.
- Artificially maintaining the Raid-Timer without destroying at least one wall is forbidden.
- Using Sandbots or any automated tools as defensive mechanisms in any kind of attack is prohibited.
- Cannons cannot be placed in an F-SHIELD territory.
- This rule applies to Side Counter and Raid Cannons.
- This rule does not apply to Buffer Counter Cannons.
- Factions are prohibited from claiming more than 2 attack territories near another base.
- CANNON RULES
- Cannons faster than 3 seconds per shot are prohibited.
- Buffer "Counter" cannons are restricted.
- A faction may have only one "counter" cannon on each side of its buffer.
- Buffer Counter Cannon maximum wall count: 32 walls (excluding the inner cannon wall).
- Initiating a raid using a Buffer Cannon is prohibited!
- Cannons that exploit game or server bugs or affect server performance are forbidden.
- The following cannon types are prohibited:
- Overstackers that stack more than 6 blocks above the barrel.
- Multi-Watered/Lava'd Wall One-Shot Cannons.
- Push Stacking & Nuking (including Wall-Removers, Horizontal & Up/Down nuking).
- Cannons that shoot in multiple locations per shot (excluding Anti-Breadcrumb cannons).
- Rev Nuking.
- Roof Cannons.
- Reverse Mid-Air Cannons.
- Worm/Snake Cannons.
- Left/Right Cannons.
- Diagonal Cannons (must adjust within your own raid claim).
- Mid-Air Cannons.
- Corner Cannons.
- Phase Cannons.
- L-Stackers.
- Concrete Cannons.
- Additionally, the following cannon types are banned:
- Cannons that damage walls horizontally.
- Cannons that create a hole wider than 5 blocks in a wall.
- Cannons that destroy multiple walls with a single shot.
- !!! A rule is considered violated if such a cannon or any of its included functions are fired even once.
- Cannons below Y: -30 have no fire rate restrictions.
- All cannons must be legal and must not negatively impact server performance.
- SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT
- A complaint must be submitted within 24 hours of detecting the violation or issue.
- The staff is not obligated to search for evidence related to the reported violation.
- The staff will verify the authenticity and validity of the provided evidence to the best of their ability.
- A response to the complaint will be provided within 3 days, with a final decision given after verifying the complaint's truthfulness.
- In cases of false or repeated accusations, the staff has the right to issue a punishment without the possibility of a ban appeal.
- SUBMITTING A BAN APPEAL
- An appeal is considered valid only if it includes sufficient evidence proving the punishment was unjustified.
- Appeals for any type of ban must be submitted within 48 hours.
- Appeals submitted after the deadline may be rejected without review.
- The staff has the right not to disclose the evidence used as the basis for the ban.
- Evidence will only be presented upon request from senior management.
- Staff may take previous punishment history into account when deciding on the appeal.
- The staff must provide a response within 3 days, and the final decision will be made after verifying the appeal's validity.
- SHARESCREEN POLICY
- During a ScreenShare or after being informed that you are under review, you are not allowed to delete or modify files or leave the server.
- It is forbidden to refuse a ScreenShare or to ignore instructions given by a staff member during the inspection.
Punishment: Anyone who refuses to cooperate during a ScreenShare agrees to receive a 14-day ban.
STRIKES
For every 2 member bans received, a faction receives one strike.
→ STRIKE 1 - Just a warning
→ STRIKE 2 - 15% potential worth is removed
→ STRIKE 3 - 30% potential worth is removed
→ STRIKE 4 - 50% potential worth is removed
→ STRIKE 5 - 75% potential worth is removed
→ STRIKE 6 - Faction disband
